Are your pieces functional? They seem to pretty to use but I’m not sure about how to keep them nice.
Absolutely! Each of our pieces has been designed to be used everyday in your home, and the best way to appreciate it is to make it a regular part of your days. Patina and the marks of use are appreciated as signs of something well loved. For our serving/cutting boards, we recommend that you use one side for cutting and one side for serving and display. Each of our items comes with specific care instructions and you can also review our Wood Care section for further information.
What is your return policy?
Because we are a small operation, we generally cannot do refunds unless we inadvertently shipped a defective item. In which case, our apologies, and we'll get you a new piece soonest.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, unfortunately our shipping software does not allow our store to calculate international shipping rates, so you won't see it as an option in our checkout process. If you would like to purchase something to be shipped internationally, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item description and mailing address and we will get an invoice sent to you directly.
How do I care for my item?
Care instructions are included with each piece that requires any sort of maintenance. For additional information on caring for our food safe wood items, you can review our Wood Care section.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, possibly. We love to do collaborations and commissions as a way to stretch ourselves, so please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. Keep in mind that one of a kind items tend to take some time, so please make sure to plan ahead.
