Position requirements are as follows:
• Work closely with Operations Manager on day-to-day office operations, including systems for organization, supply inventory, and incoming packages
• Oversee sample ordering and maintain the organization and relevance of the materials library, as needed
• Independently manage the assembly and shipment of client gifts and branded materials
• Coordinate all outgoing mail and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper packaging standards
• Unpack and check in boxes arriving to the studio
• Coordinate damage claims or returns, as needed
• Assist Operations Manager and Design Managers with coordinating and overseeing the logistics of material deliveries and installations, and resolving any on-site issues as they arise
• Manage design-related errands, such as transporting samples or picking up key items from vendors, showrooms, and client sites
• Oversee fabric protection treatments
